Nice piece, but I hope you don't mind if I give you a little critique.
I noticed that Sapphy has... what... holes punched into the front strand of hair?
I know you may think its a new and unique thing to do with hair, but honestly, it makes the hair look like a leaf, or a piece of paper (I noticed you did this with fangs as well, nooooo!)
Try to keep hole punchers away from your characters :C
I also don't see a light source anywhere in the image. It seems that there is just random shading everywhere, light colors thrown on top of dark in one mushed up mess.
It makes your coloring look a little weird.
Try using different opacities and flows while trying out a soft brush on photoshop. It gives an image a more 3 dimensional look to it.
Also try to work in a light source, when shading. depending on where it is, there aren't always going to be shadows/highlights mixed on top of each other. Usually dark is going to be on one side, and light on the other, unless there are folds in clothing, w/e.
Anatomy wise, you did pretty well, but the male character's arm, and fingers are pretty off.
Fingers are not all the same size. Try looking at your own hand grasping something for reference to get a better idea of hand anatomy.
The arm is way too short, and his wrist looks like a second elbow.
Other than that, this is a wonderful piece. Please keep up the great work :iconlarryplz:

BTW for the halos and markings on her face, you should refer to this easy tutorial on how to make glowy effects :3

Brush sets are also fun, you should download some and try them out in your backgrounds.

Hilariously, the only irony of me is that I deeply despise Fan/Doujishin-Yaoi, but OC-Yaoi I don’t mind at all, i'll even fav it if cute enough, the creators DID make them that way. Don’t find me offensive because I don’t fan shit like Aku-Roku, and crap.

Thanks, Using the touchpad discourages me from doing these things sometimes. I'll look into them since it's good advice. Thanks! <3

I think they have mini USB mice for sale at Best Buy for like... 10 bucks. Look into getting one of those, because as a laptop owner, I know how much the touchpad sucks sometimes >:V

Hmm...do they work like normal mice? Or have some sort of special properties to it? I was told about these things not too long ago.

You plug them into the USB port of your laptop, and they work immediately.
They do not have balls, so you may need to get a book with a mouse pad to use it on, because it wont work well on certain surfaces.
